Description

The ScholarSpace (301) may be reserved for academic presentations, lectures, and cross-departmental/college meetings.  The space is suitable for 50-106 persons.  If you need space for fewer than 50 people or to use the space outside of ScholarSpace, email the Library Dean’s Office (libfacility@uni.edu) for assistance.

Inquiries about using the ScholarSpace for an event should be directed to the Library Public Relations Office (lib-prc@uni.edu).

    • Mobile whiteboard, podium, and presenter's table
  • Equipment
    • Projector and projector screen and two 90-inch displays
    • Desktop PC with wireless keyboard and mouse
    • 1Beyond Camera, BlueRay player, wireless handheld and lavalier microphones and stand, and HDMI and VGA/Audio cables

Room Use Guidelines

  • Return tables to default furniture layout. Clean surfaces, dispose of trash, and use carpet sweeper to clean-up.
